Delivery Status babydooshop.com only delivers products in Iceland. Our system
is updated regularly and we make an effort to make sure our stock
status is accurate. Nonetheless, in some circumstances, an item listed
as 'in stock' may on occasion be out of stock if sales have been high.
In these situations we would expect to re-stock and deliver the goods
within few weeks or to propose you another model. If the delivery
date is expected to be longer than 1-2 weeks, we will contact you
and give you an estimated delivery date, or give you the option to
cancel your order.
Returns babydooshop.com wants all its customers to be totally satisfied
with their goods. Should you be dissatisfied, for whatever reason,
email us so we can arrange a refund or exchange them for an alternative.
Any return must be done within 7 days of delivery and must be returned
in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds
will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. We are unable
to refund carriage costs. babydooshop.com is working in collaboration with several partners

Delivery Address
We offer you several options for the delivery. All goods can be delivered
by the post office of Reykjavik, and an additional cost for transport
will then be charged. All goods must be then signed for on delivery
as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which
cannot be delivered by our couriers. For example, if our courier service
has tried to deliver the goods on several different occasions but
has found no-one in to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned
to us automatically by the courier without our prior knowledge. In
situations like this, we will have to re-charge carriage to cover
costs of re-sending parcels back out. All goods will be delivered
after receipt of payment.
The second options will be to get the goods delivered by our own personal.
An extra cost of 500 kr will be charged. Delivery will take place
in the evening from 7PM to 9PM as soon as possible and after receipt
of the payment.
As a third option, you can visit us and pick up your goods (when paid)
at the following address: Laufengi 98 - 112 Reykjavik.
