Place the Chinado face down against you, under your breasts Tie the bottom straps
with a double knot
Hold your baby against you in a sitting position; pull up the top straps
whilst holding him in position
Cross the straps across your back without letting them go. Pull them under baby’s
legs and make a double knot under baby’s buttocks
